I started working for LEONI as an HR trainee in October 2008. I was part of HR Development team. At a time, my contract was for the duration of one year. 6 months after I finished working for LEONI, I was contacted by them with an invitation to come back for another trainee contract. After this second period, I was offered a fixed term contract, followed by a permanent contract!
This is how I became part of a LEONI adventure that has been going on for 7 years already!
Student at Polytech Tours in 4th year, I am completing an Engineer apprenticeship in the field of industrial computing at LEONI CIA Cable Systems S.A.S.
This apprenticeship at LEONI CIA Cable Systems S.A.S. exposes me to many opportunities. First and foremost, I get a good impression of the company, the internal organization and the relations between the company and its environment. It also provides me with the possibility to strengthen my skills such as self-organization, time management, and project management (V-cycle). I also acquired relational skills, for example a good team work, good communication, and idea sharing.
On the technical side, and more specifically in the IT domain, I strengthened my know-how by learning new programming languages, a new software and the discovery of new technical domains such as robotics or mechanics.
Finally, responsibility is a key factor that has been present since I have started my training. Globally, those topics allowed me to improve my expertise, soft skills and responsibilities which is why I can only recommend LEONI CIA Cable Systems S.A.S. to accomplish a successful engineering apprenticeship.
