  • Montigny-le-Bretonneux staff can eat at the Inter-Company Restaurant located less than two kilometres (15 minutes’ walk) from our establishment if they wish. They can also order and have meals delivered on site. The company covers part of the catering costs
  • Employees in remote locations can mostly benefit from the “Moneo Restaurant” or “Restaurant Tickets” card
Remuneration
Remuneration and Salary Savings
  • LEONI’s remuneration policy in France is attractive and consistent with the financial results and performance of employees. The company also allows the surrender of 4 JRS per year at an increased rate
  • In the event of sick leave and subject to seniority, the company applies subrogation (maintaining the monthly salary in the event of sick leave)
  • The company wanted to associate its employees with the company’s results. To this end, we have put in place an attractive Incentive Agreement (in addition to the Participation), a PEE, a PERCOL and an additional contribution scheme on voluntary payments
